Peter Allen

Qualified as a solicitor in 1984 after a career spanning 15 years as a professional footballer with Tottenham Hotspur, Leyton Orient and Millwall FC.

Peter has specialist knowledge of commercial and residential property Conveyancing, business transfers and property development having developed close links with local estate agents, financial institutions, surveyors and property developers.

John Deibel

Married to Sheila for 25 years with two children, Jonathan and Francesca.

Graduated from Exeter University in 1975 and admitted as a Solicitor in 1978, initially working for a leading firm of Solicitors in Brighton and Hove and from 1980 to 1987 a partner in sole charge of a branch office in Portslade.

In 1988 he joined Peter Allen to set up Deibel & Allen initially as a general practitioner and in recent years specialising in Commercial and Domestic Conveyancing, and general property work.

Jill Allen

A Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has over 30 years experience in residential and commercial Conveyancing. Initially worked for a practice with several branches in London and then following her two children in a branch of same firm in Brighton.

Jill has extensive experience of lease extensions and individual and collective freehold enfranchisement as well as dealing with all aspects of residential and commercial Conveyancing including mortgages and transfer of equity.

WILLS & PROBATE

Dawn Jones

Qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1990, In
the late 1990's she took a break from the legal profession to run a
successful restaurant. Then returned to the law and qualified as a solicitor in
2007 and as a Trust and Estate Practitioner in 2011. She is married to
Chris.

Dawn has extensive legal experience acquired working for a large
corporate business and specialises in Will making, Probate and advising
older clients on a wide range of issues, including Powers of Attorney
and residential care funding.

Dawn's membership of the Society of Trust and Estate
Practitioners and the national association 'Solicitors for the Elderly'
will provide clients with the assurance that Deibel & Allen have wide ranging expertise in providing specialist legal services for older people.
